I have a 1986 savage I bought three months ago. It had been sitting quite a while, so I cleaned out the tank, and took the carb apart and cleaned it also.I installed an Uni foam filter. The bike idles ok, but between idle and about 1/4 throttle it runs very rich.Above 1/4 throttle it runs great. All the jets are factory size, so I am at a loss of how to fix this. Any ideas?
